Heavy-Lift Platforms Empowering Global Industries
In an urban emergency drill at a 200m skyscraper, the Aero F1800 heavy multirotor deployed with our specialized firefighting payload. Guided by 10km secure ground-station telemetry, the UAV autonomously broke through three layers of tempered safety glass in under 30 seconds using its pneumatic shock hammer. It then accurately projected 12kg of water-based suppressant bombs directly into the ignition zone, forming an immediate defensive line where conventional ladders could not reach.
Following a Category 4 typhoon that severed all overland communications and roads, an Aero AT200 heavy tactical fixed-wing was launched. Carrying 35kg of critical insulin, plasma, and satellite radios, the aircraft negotiated 12-grade sea wind shear. Relying on its robust 550cc self-compensating engine, it crossed an 85km maritime path autonomously, deploying its cargo with high-impact protective parachutes. All assets landed intact, successfully establishing a vital lifeline.
Under high-temperature and heavy-dust conditions at a massive open-pit iron mine in Western Australia, the Aero-Titan hexacopter carried a high-end three-line LiDAR sensor. Guided by centimeter-level dual-antenna RTK GPS, the platform safely traversed major mine slopes and dump zones under intense local magnetic anomalies. It successfully completed a 15-sq-km digital twin model in only three flights, capturing high-resolution point clouds at 350 pts/sq-m for mine engineers.
At a remote high-altitude outpost in Central Asia, the long-endurance Aero AT50 delta-wing launched via pneumatic launcher in freezing -25°C weather. Equipped with our YC-Series gyro-stabilized visible/IR thermal gimbals and the Aero-Link 100km anti-jam broadband data link, the UAV maintained robust hopping frequency modes under active electronic warfare jamming. It successfully mapped 500km of border, capturing real-time tracking of unauthorized tire marks and tracks.
