Aero · Heavy-Dropping

Specializing in critical missions such as civil aerial logistics, heavy emergency supply dropping, and high-rise targeted fire extinguishing, providing hook-type material release systems with high payload capacity, dual-channel logic control, and comprehensive safety margins.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

1. Product Overview

The Aero · Heavy-Dropping Heavy Delivery System is a heavy-duty, multi-stage mounting and release control module designed specifically for medium-to-large industrial multi-rotor drones. The equipment features superb load capacity, full-physical independent multi-channel controls, and top-tier safety margins. It supports flexible operation modes, such as sequential single polling, multi-shot combined release, or one-touch full release for water-based/dry powder fire suppression projectiles, high-precision mapping instruments, emergency supply packs, and various scientific atmospheric sensing payloads.

The system utilizes a quick-release structure paired with an impact-based automatic snap-lock mechanism at the base of the frame, which significantly simplifies the ground loading and resupply process. It represents an ideal tactical choice for aerial firefighting, remote island supply delivery, and specialized scientific test missions.

DESIGN ADVANTAGES

2. Core Features & Design Advantages

  • 1. Dual-Channel Safety Interlock Mechanism The equipment features two physically isolated control loops—the “Safety Unlock Channel” and the “Release Control Channel”. The autopilot or controller must first send a signal through the safety channel to unlock the physical latch before the release loop can actuate. This fundamentally prevents accidental high-altitude drops and heavy-object release caused by voltage drift at power-up, signal jitters, or ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) interference.

  • 2. High-Load Carrying Capacity The single hook is rated for a maximum pull of up to 50 kg. The entire mounting frame is fabricated from thick imported carbon fiber panels, aviation-grade aluminum CNC precision parts, and 304 high-strength stainless steel. While keeping the self-weight exceptionally light at only 0.8 kg, it offers high structural resilience and ultimate tensile strength.

  • 3. Modular Multi-Stage Dropping Supports highly customizable mounting configurations with 2, 4, or 6 stages. Users can choose between automatic single sequential polling or immediate full release on the ground station or transmitter to meet tactical requirements for multi-point precise distribution or single-point high-density coverage.

  • 4. Tool-Free Quick-Lock Loading The hook interfaces feature a unique “bottom-up push-in” impact-locking design. During ground or field loading, ground crews do not need any wrenches or manual tools; they simply push the slung loop upwards into the stainless steel latch to trigger automatic locking, physical latching, and alignment.

  • 5. Advanced Bus Control & High-Torque Servos Built-in standard SBUS signal parsing module and high-torque, waterproof metal brushless servos provide highly responsive and precise actuation. This not only significantly simplifies internal wiring but also guarantees smooth and reliable release under heavy load and sub-zero temperature conditions.
