Aero · SENTRY 20 is a next-generation long-endurance, missile-shaped VTOL loitering munition system designed for airspace security, flight line surveillance, and targeted strike.
As the intermediate model of the Aero-Sentry loitering series, the Aero · SENTRY 20 is built from aviation-grade TORAY carbon fiber, flexible fiberglass, and Kevlar composite structures, keeping the empty airframe weight to just 3.2 kg. Its aerodynamic profile integrates a 1,260 mm streamlined cylindrical fuselage with a T-tail, reducing drag to the absolute limit during high-speed cruise and final dive. Powered by multiple battery groups, it seats 2 high-voltage 25,000 mAh packs. Carrying a 2.0 kg payload and laser sensors, the system maintains a loitering endurance of 170 minutes (2.8 hours) with an active operational radius exceeding 30 km.
The SENTRY 20 combines a missile-like low-drag airframe with VTOL convenience for runway-free deployment.
The cylindrical fuselage minimizes lateral wind shear, ensuring path accuracy under winds up to 17.1 m/s (Level 7). Vertical lift is supplied by 4 motors with 16-inch propellers, transitioning to horizontal cruise via a 14 - 16 inch pusher propeller.
The battery compartment (260 x 150 x 85 mm) accommodates 2 parallel 25,000 mAh batteries. This enables the flying wing system to hover and watch for hours, expanding target search windows.
Provides robust situation awareness, securing target capture over long distances.
Industrial 1080P digital telemetry and video link maintains control up to 30 km, tracking altitude, speed, and voltage.
Nose-stabilized seeker integrates a variable optical zoom and infrared night sensors behind multi-layer protective coating.
Autopilot paired with an onboard NPU recognizes threat shapes and calculates optimal impact angles, ensuring automated flight paths.
Engineered for toolless assembly by ground crews in forward positions.
